GitTat facilitates this process but does not control how employers handle your application information.8.2 Accuracy and CompletenessBefore submitting an application, you are responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate and complete. GitTat is not liable for any errors or misrepresentations in your application.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution9.1 Legal JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to your use of GitTat must be resolved in the courts of Singapore.9.2 Dispute ResolutionBy using GitTat, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for resolving any disputes. You also agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any legal proceedings related to your use of the platform.
GitTat Terms and Conditions for all Users

This includes making your User Content available to Employers and other users as necessary to fulfill the services provided by GitTat.2.3 Use in Training and DevelopmentYou authorize GitTat to use your User Content to develop and improve its services, including but not limited to artificial intelligence and machine learning models. No compensation will be provided to you for such use.2.4 Prohibited ContentYou agree not to upload or share any User Content that:
- Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of a third party.
- Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
2.5 Monitoring and RemovalGitTat reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.2.6 Third-Party AccessUser Content that is publicly shared or made searchable may be accessed, copied, or indexed by third parties, including search engines. GitTat is not responsible for the availability, content, or functionality of any External Site and may remove links to them at any time. Any concerns regarding an External Site should be directed to the respective third party. GitTat has no control over activities or transactions occurring on External Sites. If you access an External Site and engage in a transaction, you do so solely at your own risk and enter into an agreement with the third party. GitTat disclaims all liability for issues that may arise from your interactions or transactions with such third parties, including any payments requested by them.
- Creating and Accessing Your AccountTo use certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process.
